Googlebot
Googlebot is Google’s web crawling bot (also known as a "spider" or "crawler") that automatically browses the internet to discover and index content for inclusion in Google Search. It is a core part of how Google builds and updates its massive search index.
When someone searches on Google, the results they see are based on content that Googlebot has already crawled and indexed — not what’s live on the web at that moment.
